Ama S, Do You Monitor Your Net Carbs?
M, i do keep an eye on my protein, cause i always want to make sure that i have enough protein. Am, i don't add any extra fat to my meals, im like, if i'm having a big, juicy steak, i'm not adding on a ton of fat into my meal because it is so nutrient dense. Em, i definitely monitor my net carbs. I try and stay between 20 and 30, depending on my workouts. For the dailycaf i know i'm doing an intense workout and i'm going to 30 grams of net carbs but they're all coming from whole foods like ly or brussel sprout.
