When we're not getting the results we want, who do we point that to? You know, do we blame that someone didn't do that, what they were going to do? This other team is letting us down. It's my manager's fault or, you know, and it's a very human reaction. The only people we can really change is ourselves. And the only way we can really be, have any agency is by doing things differently ourselves.
