I've Been a United States Breesto Championship Finalists Three Times.
It's the super bowl of barista. Its focused around growth, bettering yourself and just making your way through this weird, crazy world that we live in. The country split up into regions, and yet compete regionally, and then qualify for the nationals. So you show up, there's an express machine and a station. You bring every thing, everything you'll use. There's four judges that you're serving. They're valuating you on the flavor of your drinks and your presentation. Ye, ye is also releasing a coffee documentary or something like that.
