In the world of, i don't know, judgment, there's this flood of judgment. I don't ous to keep, keep that thing in the light. So i guess i'm curious, like, how do you give yourself permission? A for example, if i have an impulse to kill someone, it's not like i'm going to do it, right? On the other hand, i might want to add practices of love and compassion,. But whenever the impulse is coming out of me, instead of blocking it completely, i observe it. And i can recognize this as part of myself. so i widen the spectrum of who i think i am.
