Meetings are only one form of communication, and we can't use meetings to solve all of our communication problems. The more specific you can be in that outcome, the better you can plan your meeting to achieve it. There's something that can be quantified of say, hey, let's at every meeting take five minutes to sit back and listen,. You put on the stopwatch for yourself that you've spent five minutes just letting other people talksomething like that.
