How to Effectively Work Towards Things

You know, just on the psychology element of it. Because I think it's so important and it's not I mean health is just one expression right but almost everywhere somebody sets January 1 goals, health and usually part of them but there's a bunch of other ones. How does one effectively work towards things is a very deep topic? The best training ever got on it was actually in meditation training because it was a simple thing. In meditation someone is given an instruction right they're going to focus on their breath they're focused on a mantra they focus on a sensation whatever it happens to be. And it's fucking hard to hold your focus there as soon as you notice that your mind wanders
