Amazon Connect Releases New Features for Contact Center Managers

contact center capability that enables managers to help agent resolve customer issues quickly and ensures a superior customer experience. Amazon Kendra is an intelligent search service powered by machine learning, enabling organization to provide relevant information to customers and employees when needed. ServiceNow repository contains information such as knowledge articles, service catalog documents, and incidents along with their attachment. Starting today, AWS can use the Amazon Kendra Salesforce connector to index and search document from CRM systems like Salesforce.
