Next week, we're gon moving towards focusing on the sense of pleasant or unpleasant. We can prepare for this by using our senses to open to our senses and then just notice r sensations. And that would be a great preparation for our next, next week's session. So really look, you might find it very ironic. Your mind might be cleared all of a sudden but for now, you need mind wondering. But also, i wonder whether people could er just priortse a different sense each day.
