I think some of it relates to improving health span and obviously there are many different elements to that. And a lot of the early podcast episodes will focus on health, but I've actually started with behavioral science because I think that that's where we have to start. Yeah kind of getting stuck in your ways I can I can definitely see that. It again like you mentioned like genetics play a huge role and it's not nice to think that you're just destined to be a certain way or anything like that. But it's also not to be ignorant that that is like in your path in that sense so I think yeah enabling people with the tools and the knowledge is super helpful.
