The main struggle i hear managers tell me about is this paradox of oice versus coordination. Managers reward the people they interact with in person. The coordinated approach, having everyone in the office on the same days can solve the fairness problem that might leave some groups at a disadvantage. If you look across large samples, it tends to be peopled with young kids. Folks that are disabled live a long way from the office, that are rities are slightly less like to come in on those days. There's plenty of evidence for presenteism by us.
