Your Lack of Speed Isn't a Sign That You're Not Using Your Aerobic Engine
Speed is always a tricky term because it's not always clear what one person means with speed can be doing 8 minute intervals or 5 minute intervals which really isn't speed. Speed in particular on the run also has so much to do with biomechanics and strength on the run. High via to max shows us that you have a massive aerobic engine but we don't know how efficiently you are using that engine.
