The Rogue Likes - A New Game, Part 2 - Progression

Brandon: I'm interested in the meta progression versus a pure player mastery focused approach. i tend to lean towards player mastery in my taste, but i really enjoyed how the multiple unlock systems in hades really explores the e demetif progression design space. The mirror and up grading weapon styles lets you really directly and permanently become more powerful or more resilient. So my question for gragon mere is, how did you approach this designed space as a team, and how did the team's preferences or experiences with other rogue likes influence your yes, i like that question.
