Getting to the 90 GMS an Hour Is a Good Thing to Do in a Longer Period of Time

"It was good to be able to go up to the 90 grams an hour and then proved to almost prove to myself know I am capable of this if need be," he said. "I did have a bit of a failure with some of the mix in my own in I tried I did dextrose and dextrose  and fructose mix but it just becomes a very thick paste which was you know yeah." He added that while pre-made sports drink powder can become undrinkable over a longer period of time due to sodium content, adding food acids or flavoring is more harsh.
