Is It Better to Force People Into a Certain Channel?
I don't have anything specific to look at the usage between the two. But I do think you're right when it comes to voice versus chat. Some companies, you know, force you into calling. The only way to solve that is by calling. And if they have a voice assistant, you're just going to have to use it because there's no other way to get through it. There's a lot of opportunity to kind of surprise and delight, I think, in the voice channel.
