Customer Centricity Leads to Better Products and Better Business Outcomes

As a research leader, what was your experience kind of branching out into all of that and who did you ally with? Yeah, I think so, yeah. One of the points you make is really interesting. So it should be really important, right? How do you sort of like bring that customer centricity to the table and make sure that they're being acted on? And so like, how did I get there? After getting a few studies under my belt in like the real world, I would like take notice of when research recommendations were acted on and when they were not.
