How to Build Muscle With Hypertrophy

When it comes to hypertrophy, you have three main paradigms when it comes to building muscle. The volume driven approach is very simple: You just gradually increase volume of retraining cycle. A low based approach would be similar to strength training but more what we call power building. And I believe in my opinion, and again, periodization is key that using all three will yield the best progress.
