Identifying Your Sub Projects

It is critical to ask yourself whether these sub projects are independent or dependent. I worked with a client who had an elderly parent that had to be moved and re located into a new support system. But she actually couldn't do most of the project until she found, you know, a specific place that was going to work for her parent. So again, being very clear on those things is very helpful for identifying your sub projects.
