Averages and Medians for SaaS Companies

Averages are extremely misleading for any metric, right? We have a couple of gaming companies in our portfolio where two, three, five percent of users will dominate. So I would say look at the 90th percentile user and or the business that you are serving and the 10th percentile user. That gives you like three quote-unquote three medians, right? Or if I drew a graph is that at the highest frequency sort of recurring data point,. At the newest youngest startup we're talking about -- this could be onboarding but it could be on a time basis as well.
