i think probably what everybody hears from family and friends is, you're never going to sleep again. And i want to bust that myth a little bit, or i'll least make it a little more nuanced. There's a huge wopping disruption to our circitian rhythms in the first month or three months a post partem. New parents are going to have this huge circadian disruption. That's actually the issue that is not talked about very much, and much more detrimental to mental health, physical health.
