The elderly performed a nice light 20 minute session of walking and then that was followed by some very basic upper and lower body exercises on the spot. They did this wee stint of exercise both in the morning and then again in the early evening. So all in all, I think we would classify that as, you know, it's a fairly modest day of physical activity.
