One of the flows that we work on a lot with our customers is you know they're all trying to drive more transactional commerce through e-commerce. So understanding like if I've gone into checkout flow and I've put that service into my cart and then I call into the contact center like it'd be great experience to sort of pick that right up from where it is  and deliver us the most experiences.
