How to Brew a Heavy Imperial Stout
I brewed a pretty heavy imperial stout with an OG of 1091.090. It was fermented with WLP 007, Whitbread Dry Strand same as Imperial yeast A01 house and helped by ultra firm. All of my standard strength beers carbonate just fine, but the stout is not having any of it. The beer shoots out of the spout. Do you guys have any idea what's going on here?
