Kenyan Kip Chago is trying to run under two hours for the first marathon. He and his colleagues were doing loads of mindfulness and chill time. It's funny because I didn't realise that when I used to get into the core rooms, you're in this horrible room for 20 minutes before you race with all your competitors. But I think it was that whole sort of like the body just needed to be quiet and shut down,. And it's only sort of in the last five years that I realised that's what I probably did.
