I hope we can recognize that the guys at the Tour de France might not be the epitome of health. So maybe you need to adjust your weight loss goals or your ideal weight goal. And I think that, you know, that they would have to come down to well below 10% body fat for man. That might not be appropriate for a 45 year old master's level writer with a family and kids in a job.
