This particular creation of this company is a funny hybrid between, I don't want to say venture, but it's sort of a new concept. And now you're coupling that with a risk model where you're clearly taking a lot of risk to get what you see as a big reward. We spent basically nine months of 2016 developing an economic model for this partnership with Central Ohio Primary Care using subject matter talent we were going to acquire through one of the businesses. And guess what? We just executed on a 20 year partnership with the largest physician group in the countrythat anybody in the world would love to buy and be in a 20 years partnership with them.
