The Importance of Flexibility in Training
The days that you lift in the days that you do certain things matters. I've gotten better and better at kind of helping people navigate that thing. You know, perfect is the enemy of the good. And if you've got somebody who works swing shift or does something like that, then yeah, you find ways to fit it in. That's better than not training.
