The hard day should also be some sort of reasonable facsimile of your event whatever you can make up whether you've got holly ochola or a sand dune or actual mountains. I would caution people is not to try to carry as much weight as they're going to have to carry on the climb so if you're gonna say you're gonna have to carry an 80 pound pack don't try to carry an80 pound pack like it's not worth getting injured and tweaking your something. You know putting the pack on and off right before you go keep things reasonable so you don't end up hurting yourself in any way.
