I feel like no matter what type of sleep disorders, right? A lot of people struggling with one same thing is our brain and body keep on singing as some kind of signal, but we may not get it. Some of the signals is helping us to fall asleep or, you know, do some change to make us better,. But we don't prioritize those signals or sleep part. And I think it's a whole cultural thing too, even about not getting breaks.
