People who sleep consistently, which means they go to bed and wake up at the same time as you're describing, have meaningfully better recovery. D we've looked at people who sleep consistently versus people who don't, but get a lot of time in bed, so they have a longer sleep duration. It's attaly a real, real life hack. But i legitimately have no excuse not to do that. Being a professional athlete is my full time job. So i do try and be pretty good about i go to bed before ten a m or ten p m, and i try and rake up between six and seven. That's like, you know, eight or nine hours of time
