If you exercise regularly and you do long duration erobic work, your heart rate will start to go down. It will increase the stroke volume of your heart if you do this high intensity type training where your heart is beating very hard. So maybe the one to one ratio a mile run repeats that i described a minute ago, sl you do that twice a week for three or four and i said it could go allthe way up to twelvea sets, which is a lot. I don't recommend people start there.
