Is Encoding a Mistake You Should Be Worried About?

A lot of those sizes easily and like remember them but I just wonder part of the thing I worry about is if you have an item like that you say here's a mistake I made here's what I should have done. If you're encoding something deliberately well not not deliberately but accidentally wrong and now you just walk around with that memory and thinking oh I should have did that and that is not right.
