The fee for service system rewards units of healthcare services provided. We've changed that incentive structure, so we get paid for the outcome. It doesn't matter if I spend 40 minutes or at four hours or 10 hours over the course of six days,. If the patient we're serving gets better, that's what matters. Most plans are not set up to have boots on the ground and a whole different incentive structure for caring for them.
