I was ready to start this new diet but I wasn't a little bit afraid of what it would be like and if I would actually put on weights. In the end I didn't even gain weight or maybe like I don't know a pound which is nothing and and I feel so much better. This is a great positive message for women I think. Yeah yeah for sure. Unfortunately you learned it the hard way butYeah but not too much of the hard way because I didn’t even injure myself. That's really lucky. And no it's just so much better and I just enjoy eating my food and I don't never feel bad about it...it's great.
