How to Facilitate Conversations in the Daily World

In the book, we look at a retail shopping experience in the future and what it might look like. We basically reframe that entire shopping situation. So that's one application, but then we switch and say, okay, let's look at a typical business meeting. The question is how would a facilitator then coordinate or design for the conversations in the dialogue that are going to come out?
