The risk of transformation of P.N.H. to M.B.S. is small, and it's mainly from the bone marrow failure. Patients with immune-mediated aplastic anemia have 15 to 20% chance of developing M.D. in 10 years. The best candidates for this will be patients who are on C5 inhibitors whose manifestations are primarily homolysis. And I think you'll see a lot more data on clotting phenotype on these drugs before they're blocked.
