And I just went on Amazon, and I started buying my water and other kind of, you know, everyday essentials on Amazon. But it means, honestly, you've got so much work to do with your loyalty program. Ryan: A lot of loyalty programs are often afraid to take a chance because they think if someone else is doing it then obviously they're doing something right. So sometimes an idea of sticking your neck out offers tremendous value.
