This goes back to the concept that Orlob talked about, which is anytime someone is planning an initiative or they have a change in state, you need to ask what is driving it. The way that I recommend putting this one into action is think back to that menu of pain that Kristen talked about. You probably know the top four to five problems that your product or service solves. So figure out those big goals or problems that you help with and figure out how you connect a goal to Problem.
