Is Starbuxye Teaching Will Power?

i feel like there's some stories that were shoe horned in here in this particular chapter. i think being able to manufacture the motivation to do things as is more important than will power. You know, you could view habit creation that way too. I'm sure will power is there, but they're also teaching, like, conflict resolution, like theyr. They're teaching a whole bunch of things not just exactly.
