The Relationship Between Your HRB and Fitness Level

In the elite athletes they're experiencing much less day-to-day variation therefore you can capture the weekly mean in only three days. In the lower level athletes they're showing much bigger swings and so that's kind of the basis for making sense of the co-efficient variation. Higher level athletes at baseline are going to have a smaller co- efficient variation because they just handle training better, recovering faster and so forth.
