Getting a Diagnosis of ADHD
If you don't have a diagnosis, I would highly encourage you to seek one out. You're undiagnosed or untreated ADHD are going to be misinterpreted. This is why it's important to get a diagnosis. Own that diagnosis. Embrace it and get treatment for it and then educate your partner about it. Talk about it constantly. Bring it up in your daily life. That's your job, not your spouse's job. When you feel like it's affecting you, you can say something like, I'm so sorry. Can you help me? And then you fill in the blank.
