The Pathology of Introspection
There is a personality trait, maybe you could call it, where people are either likely or not very likely to do much introspection. On one end of the spectrum, I would conceptualize it as people who are not inclined to look inward at all and do any sort of personal developmentor inner growth. And on the other end of the scale, we have some people who are constantly into the next self-help thing. It's possible to be pathologically on both of those two ends of the spectrum to do too much or too little of that type of thing. But I think you get what I mean.
