When you're interviewing people for important roles are there any great open-ended questions that you ask people to assess how they think? There are a bunch of them I think one of the questions I love asking people is that like it's a very open-ended question. How do they think about their time and how much their value they're like if they have two hours do they think of the two hours as something that they should use or they think of this two hours that something they should waste It becomes increasingly hard again at scale but still happens a lot. extremely hard for to identify people on the ground who can share what about outside razor pay when you're meeting people are you constantly like assessing
