The Freeing Elements of Brand Science
A lot of the how brands grow, Ehrenberg, Bass kind of brand science fundamentalism makes people really sad like, no one cares about our brands. Loyalty doesn't matter. Our customers are no different than your customer as Adam Ferrier once said. So what I find is that the laws and levers approach to brand science that I provide is a little sobering for sure but ultimately it's freeing.
