What's a Value Add?

In the past, you've been able to delegate a lot of work because your scope was smaller. But now as your organization has grown, you're realizing that what used to be comfortable is now uncomfortable and it's keeping you from adding value. What was a value add before? Potentially now is a value drainer for you. And as much as you have to level up, they need to level up as well.
