What's the Difference Between Phenolic Bitterness and Acidity?

There's a lot of fruit intensity and a lot of richness kind of underpinned by a lot of savory notes and minerality here as well. Do you think there's a phenolic bitterness in this wine? I have a very leathery palate, crisp bitterness. Too much Mallor, buddy. We go hard to the flavor here in Chicago. So bitterness took me a very long time to really kind of learn.
