Is Continuous Glucose Monitoring a Good Option?

Cynthia Nixon: Having a continuous glucose monitors and even better option because you can then see the real net impact of sleep, stress, exercise, etc. on your blood sugar in real time as opposed to having to prick yourself 10 times a day. Some people will find when they're using a CGM that when they're fasting, like, you know, 12 hours and 13 hours and 14 hours and 15 hours that it's low.
