The Advantages of Keeping Your Content in House
Marketing is so hard because turn rates are so high, like you're not going to get. You need a content advantage or like a brand advantage and I don't think just outsourcing that to somebody to tell me like, make ads for me. And again, we're just very frugal. Like I'm not going to pay a margin of ads to agency. Even our YouTube channel is in house. We have a stable, really strong editors who do all the editing. So I shoot with, you know, a teammate for two hours on a Sunday. That's the video for the week and it gets shot instead of hiring an external agencylike God forbid we hire an external engineer
