Auto regulation training is a form of velocity base training. It's still more on the strength side than speed or power exercise. If i'm measuring serve speed, that's v b t. You know, this range is for starting strength. This range is for ma,. yes, i'm not sure yet. But in terms of kind of prescribing lo prescribing a velocity ranges in like traditional strength exercise, i don't know if that makes a lot of sense to me anymore.
