The Correlation Between Malting Quality Parameters and Color
We wanted to see the correlation between grain anthocyanin and the blue color. So we got a couple of different ways to measure like the color, the antho-phenomenon. And then using harmony bed and housing at Hartwig College to assess these malt quality parameters. There's some very nice supplementary tables that describe all of that.
