Post Session Stretching - Ike, How Does It Help?

A post session for me is about getting back to homeostasis. I typically use post session stretching immobility as a decreased muscle tone, and try to get them back into the rest and digest state. It also gets the ther mind off it a little bit of general arobic. The only hesitancy i would have around that is, do we need to increase that range of motion? Do you already have enough for the tasks you're doing? Or is it to counteract to sitting in a chair all day,. which, in that case, nick sense, like we're all doing right now, is not how we're meant to be as human.
